YUMMY VEGE MEAL......

Here is a vegetarian meal which i love to have on my plate , all the components are right I have tried to have a nice balanced meal here with a leafy vege, a pulse and a green vegetable with the regular rice , chapati or roti and Dal or curds..

                                  
                                   PAPDI DRY BHAJI AND LAL- MATHACHI BHAJI

                                 LAL-MATHACHI BHAJI AND CHAWLI OR BLACK EYES PEA VEGE


                                              PAPDI (FLAT BEANS )WITH SHRIKHAND..

Normally I cook the lal-math or the red leafty vegetable as a dry dish but here you will find that it has a bit of a gravy and that is because I added finely ground coconut .
