This is the cake which I made last week....
I make this cake very very often as its simple , tasty and healthy...

11/2 cup whole-wheat flour
¾ cup oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cooking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup milk

I made this cake in a very simple way
I took the granulated sugar and oil in a bowl
Beat it together till soft
Add the eggs and beat
Add the mashed bananas
Then add the wheat  that has been sieved once with the baking powder and baking soda added to it.
Add the milk and the essence
Put the ready cake batter in a greased pan
Bake at 200 c for about ½ hour
You can test for the readiness of the cake with a toothpick inserted through the cake.
This cake is a favorite with kids and we mothers don't feel guilty for giving them something that is loaded with butter or refined flour.. so try it...

This looks great! and so simple! Did you use your bananas once they were ripened or did you let them brown up a bit?

I'd love to see what other cakes you have to share!
