LUNCH BOXES DONE...

Here I am putting up pictures of some of the lunch boxes that I made for my son .

                                            CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

I am doing this so that those moms ,who like me are always in a dilemma as to what to make for her child's lunch has some tips and ideas...
I normally pack 2 lunch boxes one which is wholesome for the longer break and one which is lighter to prepare and to eat for the short break...
chocolate brownies I make from scratch and is a great option for the shorter break as I make them with whole wheat flour and no butter but with oil and so consider them more nutritious than the normal counterpart.

                                                                  DHOKLA
Dhokla is normally made for the first short break , I make this out of a ready to make packet because I feel its easier on my time and the final product is just yummy....soft and silky smooth..

JAM AND PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH WITH VEGETABLE ROLL OR WRAP
In the above picture you will see both the tiffin boxes for the day one is a PBJ sandwich and the other is any dry vegetable rolled in a wheat flour roti for the convenience of eating it like a finger food...HERE I DON'T HAVE TO MAKE ONE OF THE LUNCH BOXES SO CAN CONCENTRATE ON MAKING A NICE AND HEALTHY VEGE FOR THE WRAPS...

ONION UTTAPPAM WITH SOUTHINDIAN RED POWDERED CHUTNEY

I feel contented when I  make variety of dosas or uttappams for his lunch box as according to me they make a complete meal with the required carbs and protein combination.
