EGGLESS VANILLA CAKE....

I have always been wanting to bake a egg-less cake and never really had the guts to try it because I did not want a cake which was not very appetizing..

But reading about egg-less cakes here and here gave me inspiration to bake  an egg-less cake.

And it was a real success.. I am happy...

It really turned out to be a great cake although I changed the amounts a little but the final result was fabulous... will be writing about the quantity tomorrow.. But i had no problems with the browning of the cake it was good.. although it took some extra time than mentioned probably due to my oven settings...

FUSION VEGE...

 CALL THIS A FUSION VEGETABLE BECAUSE... I have invented this vegetable on my own by combining two styles of cooking INDIAN AND CHINESE...

I made this a couple of weeks back when I ran out of ideas for cooking a vegetable for lunch.. And so enters this phrase...."
