Today my lunch Thali which I am sharing with you has a classic
meal which I make when I get clams at the fish market. We at home and also in most
of our Hindu Goan homes , clams are made in a dry and wet curry form and they
are made with one shell called (ek shipi) the other shell is discarded.
As I said earlier I plan my meal in such a way that if I have
a spicy curry I will have a very lightly spiced second dish to go along with
it.
My meal today has.
Teesryo or clam sukha (dry clams curry)
Simple cabbage vegetable
A cup of sol kadi or coconut milk curry which is not cooked
Roti and rice (not in the picture)
